As the Director of Distribution, you would be responsible for the leading, planning and managing of every aspect of the distribution center operations. Essentially, you will have to plan, direct and coordinate the activities within the distribution center and ensure a high-level of production and quality. For the position as Director of Distribution, you need a Bachelor’s degree or work experience in the related field. In addition, you will need a strong knowledge of the distribution center environment with a minimum of 5 years experience in business management, use of WMS, and collaborative experience with Supply Chain.

As a CD Enthusiast, you’re responsible for performing tasks related to storage, process and the shipping of the product. This may include loading, unloading, packing, replenishing inventory and warehouse maintenance. For this positions, you need to have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. You will have to be able to lift 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced and team environment.
If you’re interested delivering shipments, then there are positions as a Driver. As a driver, you would be delivering product from the distribution center to the place of delivery. This requires you to pass drug screening and physical tests, hold a valid Class A-CDL and have some experience with tractor/trailer driving. This position is ideal for those who enjoy driving and active environments.
